With Prom being scheduled a little earlier this year (Saturday, April 9th), we need to get started! We will have the overall planning meeting on Thursday, November 18 at 6:30 p.m. at Sherry Fuller's house (email PTSA for directions). Feel free to bring a snack or beverage to share if you like.
We will be making decisions on activities, finalizing the budget, dividing various areas of interest and brainstorming on methods of fund raising. Please bring a friend so we all will have a reasonable division of tasks and we can all really enjoy getting ready for this year's event. (We have quite a good size volunteer list started!)
The theme for this year's After Prom Party is Polynesian/Hawaiian. Please bring your ideas!! We are very excited to let you know what the art department will be doing.
If you are unable to make the meeting, but would still like to participate please send us an email. After our meeting, we will contact you about committee options (Food, Prizes, Registration, Ticket sales, Decorating, Coat Check, Set up, Clean up) .
