Graduation Activities and Requests for Help

Parent Help Urgently Needed!!

CHS is looking for parents willing to coordinate, and serve on, committees to help make our 2011 graduation a great success.  Any parent is welcome, not just senior parents.  If you would like to head up, or help with graduation flowers from Tatonka, senior breakfast, or senior picnic, please contact Mr. McNerney via email or phone 303-982-5234.  Deadlines are quickly approaching!

 Important Dates for Seniors

• First Week of March -- Senior Ads for Yearbook Due
• April 5th -- Auditions for Graduation Ceremony MC, Speaker, National Anthem singers
• April 27th -- Senior breakfast and class meeting, 8:00 a.m.
• May 11th -- Senior Awards, 6:30-9:00 p.m.
• May 13th -- Yearbook distribution/picnic and signing
• May 18th -- Seniors Last day
• May 20th -- Graduation Practice 9:00 a.m. Caps and gowns will be distributed after practice. All fines must be paid and graduation survey complete before receiving caps and gowns.
• May 20th -- Senior picnic 11:00 a.m. on football field
• May 21st -- Graduation 11:00 a.m. at Conifer High School

Senior Graduation Program Auditions

Attention any and all Seniors: if you are interested in being a part of the graduation ceremony this year as a Master of Ceremonies (MC), guest speaker, or singing the national anthem, please contact Mr. McNerney by calling 303-982-5234 or email tmcnerne@jeffco.k12.co.us

Auditions will take place April 5 during Seminar in the CHS gymnasium.  Please make sure you read the MC prompt for your audition.  The prompt may be downloaded here..
