PTSA Update/Feb. 3 Meeting Agenda

Notes

• Because the CSAP schedule has changed, we will not need to provide CSAP snacks this year.
  
• Anyone with a senior who might be interested in coordinating the senior events should contact Tim McNerney to ask who is coordinating all the graduation activities for this year.

 

Agenda for this Thursday's meeting
(Feb 3rd at 6:30pm at Sherry Fuller's house)

• Make paper mache coconuts for the palm trees (supplies provided)
• Stuff letters into envelopes to solicit donations
• Reconcile PTA books from last year
• Discuss further details of After Prom - review fund raising options.

IMMEDIATE NEED: Prize Acquisition! Please email if you can help with securing prizes for After Prom OR if you are out shopping please ask store managers if they have clearance items that they might donate.

Many of you have emailed me to volunteer for the night of the After Prom Party (thanks!!) and I have responded with the job you have been assigned. Details will be provided to you as we approach April 9th. We still have many jobs that need coverage the night of the event - please talk to your friends and pick a job.  (FYI - free coffee bar will be available to all workers!!)

• Assist with set up and running of the laser tag room
• Collect waivers during lunches week before prom (and possibly week before spring break)
• Take pictures during after prom to load to a lap top to show in cafeteria
• Chaperone the bungee run
• Chaperone the obstacle course
• Prepare food for the event

If you have any fake greenery (garlands or ivy type plants) that we can use in the commons the night of the event - please email me.
